HEY, NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Emma, a clinical hypnotherapist, if you are interested in how hypnotherapy can help you, you're in the right place - so welcome.
Is there an area of life that could do with some changes or is it a bit of support you are after to overcome a problem? Perhaps you know how you would like things to be, or maybe you aren't even sure where to start... either way we can work it out together.
I have experienced poor mental health, struggled with anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, I used hypnotherapy to help me find some peace in my chaotic world. I firmly believe you are never really lost, just finding yourself again, and again.
I know you have all the skills and knowledge to overcome this problem, we just need to uncover it.
HOW I WORK
It's important to me that we are a good fit, there's a lot of research that shows the importance of rapport in the positive outcome of therapy. I can work with you both online (in the comfort of your own home, where you can even wear your PJ's and get in bed for the hypnosis part, pretty cool hey) or in-person from my beautiful peaceful garden room in Stamford, Lincs, where PJs are still very much welcome I might add. If you are neurodivergent (or not) please feel free to bring anything that makes you feel more comfortable to the session. I will try and accommodate requests to make your session as comfortable for you as possible.
what is hypnotherapy?
I am a clinical solution focused hypnotherapist, I use an approach that takes the problems that you are facing today and help you work towards a solution that will support your tomorrow.
We work together to see your life with both rational and emotional lenses, you start to see the way forwards, feeling in control, accepting all that life has to offer, secure in the knowledge that you can cope. You will start really living, finally feeling secure and content with yourself and have more love to share with those you choose.
We will focus on the small and manageable actions you can make to move towards the life you really want and need.
I use a range of different techniques to support your towards your therapy outcomes, find out more on work with me or check out my FAQ section.
You know things need to change and you are ready to trust yourself and make it happen.
There are two way to work with me:
