If you are currently pregnant and are looking for support with any of the areas listed or just want some friendly, calming support throughout pregnancy to feel grounded, reduce stress and improve general wellbeing then get in touch and we can discuss what the best options would be for you.
A typical pregnancy support session will focus on your best hopes, whether that is related to how you currently feel, or towards birth and beyond, we will then work through this using some solution focused coaching and hypnosis. Towards the end of pregnancy we will think about birth, looking at techniques and methods to help you feel calm and in control. We can deal with any concerns and make sure you feel confident and informed ready for the big day.
You will learn self-hypnosis alongside other techniques, receive a audio to aide your pregnancy and after 38 weeks you will receive an audio recording to listen to at home which will help you feel relaxed and ready.
