HYPNOTHERAPY SERVICES
Solutions focused hypnotherapy is a short term, fast therapy which can support you with many issues. NICE recommends hypnosis for IBS, but there is growing research and evidence of the effectiveness of hypnotherapy for anxiety, trauma, phobias, public speaking, sports performance, menopause, PMS/PMDD amongst other things.
I specialise in a few areas, meaning I have taken additional training courses and have more experience working with these issues.
These are the main packages I provide, however you are welcome to contact me to discuss whether I would be a suitable therapist if you don't see what you are looking for.

PRICE
To get the best out of hypnotherapy I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions, you will likely notice the benefits after just a few sessions but every individual is different and has different reasons for seeking hypnotherapy. You can find out which plan is recommended for you below.
HOW we WORK Together
1.Discovery
We can either have a 20 min Discovery call to talk about how I can support you and for you to ask any questions, or you can simply fill in this form and I will email you back.
2.consultation
This is where we will go a bit deeper into your why and what you want to achieve. It's also a chance to experience hypnosis and tailored techniques to practice at home.
£40 60 mins
3.Therapy
You pick the package & payment plan and we start therapy. You have the flexibility to decide the frequency of your sessions and can pick the same time or when suits you.
